A special one-day certification using Corpus’ newly released Women in Ministry Assessment where you will be certified to give the assessment, process the results of the assessment, and have access to all the resources that provide support for coaching a woman who is serving in a staff or lay leadership role. You will learn how to assess strengths and struggles and learn how to coach strengths to their highest use and how to coach struggles, so they turn into competencies.
