Purpose: Gain a clearer picture of the existing church culture by scoring ten statements in nine categories designed to determine how receptive the church members will be to the new vision being cast.
Result: Determine if the existing church culture is ready for growth and/or to receive a new leader.
- This assessment can be taken as a team with multiple participants.
