Church Health Survey

Purpose: Examine your church’s overall health by ranking ten statements in each of the following ten categories:

• Organizational Structure
• First Impressions
• Worship
• Evangelism
• Discipleship
• Service
• Fellowship
• Prayer
• Stewardship
• Leadership

Result: Discover the unhealthy habits or trends in your church that need to be addressed for health and growth to occur.

Leader Resilience Assessment (LRA)

Purpose: Assess your innate level of resilience—a core competency for successful leadership—by taking an honest look at areas of fruitfulness in your life as they pertain to the nine fruits of the Spirit in three categorized clusters: Spiritual Vitality, Relational Tenacity, and Personal Stability.

Result: Identify your areas of strength and areas of struggle in your resiliency.

• You may take this as a self-assessment for personal insight or as a 360˚evaluation of your leadership to include colleagues, board members, and church participants.
• The LRA is a valuable and necessary starting point for the Corpus Leader Resilience Coaching. A Corpus coach can guide you through the assessment results.

Leader Wellness Assessment (LWA)

Purpose: Closely examine your overall well-being by scoring ten statements designed to address components of your total self—Mind, Body, and Soul.

Result: Discover where you need balance so that you can experience a full life that is grounded in Christian hope.

• You may take this as a self-assessment for personal insight or as a 360˚evaluation to include a pastor/mentor and/or spouse.
• Coaching for the LWA is currently in development.

Spiritual Gifts Discovery

Purpose: To help you identify what gift(s) may have been given to you by God
the Spirit—

Result: An understanding of your giftedness may help clarify your ministry purpose and give you a rooted confidence as you seek God’s direction.

Women in Ministry Assessment (WMA)

Purpose: Accurately assess your leadership in the church you serve. Score statements in nine skill sets that relate to your primary ministry roles: Leadership Skills, Administrative Skills, and Shepherding Skills.

Result: Discover your strengths and weaknesses as a leader so that you can lead more effectively.

• You may take this as a self-assessment for personal insight or as a 360˚evaluation of your leadership to include those who serve alongside you, those who serve under you, and your mentors.
• The WMA is a valuable and necessary starting point for the Corpus Women in Ministry Coaching. A Corpus coach can guide you through the assessment results.
