Purpose: Gain a clearer picture of the existing school culture by scoring ten statements in nine categories designed to determine how receptive the school members will be to the new vision being cast.

Result: Determine if the existing school culture is ready for growth and/or to receive new leadership.

• This assessment can be taken as a team with multiple participants.
• The CS-VRA is a valuable starting point for the Corpus REFOCUS Process of Revitalization training for schools. A Corpus Coach can guide you through the assessment results.
