Chief of Staff
Joy LaLiberte is a devoted wife and mother of four. After graduating from the University of Mobile with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, she married her husband, Rob, in 2005 and serves alongside him in ministry. Rob has faithfully served as a worship pastor in churches across Tennessee and Texas, and currently in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Joy is passionate about cultivating a Christ-centered home rooted in faith, learning, and service while homeschooling her children. Since joining Corpus in July 2021 as an Administrative Assistant, she has played a vital role in supporting pastors, coaches, and ministry leaders through the church revitalization process. Her responsibilities include coordinating training events, assisting pastors and coaches through the assessment process, managing communication and ministry updates, and ensuring coaches and churches have the resources and support they need to move through a revitalization effectively. Joy especially enjoys building meaningful relationships with the Corpus team and serving behind the scenes to help pastors and coaches flourish in both ministry and life.
