Purpose: Gain a clearer picture of the existing network culture by scoring ten statements in nine categories designed to determine how receptive the network members will be to the new vision being cast.

Result: Determine if the existing network culture is ready for growth and/or to receive new leadership.

• This assessment can be taken as a team with multiple participants.
• The NVRA is a valuable starting point for the Corpus REFOCUS Process of Revitalization training for network leaders. A Corpus Coach can guide you through the assessment results.
