Frederick W. Kremkau, a native of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, is Professor of Radiologic Sciences at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He holds BEE, MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and the University of Rochester. He authors the textbook, Sonography Principles and Instruments, which is in its 9th edition and the annual article on ultrasound for World Book Encyclopedia. He is a past president of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and a fellow in several technical and medical associations and served as a naval officer. He is a Bible fellowship teacher at Calvary Baptist Church, Winston-Salem, NC and has served there as deacon vice-chairman, deacon chairman and pastoral search committee chairman. He is married to Lillian, a native of Norfolk, Virginia. Fred is honored to participate in this exciting venture to assist pastors in revitalizing their churches for growth and ministry well into the twenty-first century.
