I’m passionate about helping people grow—spiritually, personally, and professionally. Whether I’m designing training, teaching a small group, or mentoring leaders, my goal is the same: to guide people toward clarity, confidence, and transformation.
My background spans military service, higher education, instructional design, and ministry leadership. Across every setting, I’ve seen that true learning—and true discipleship—happens when people feel supported, equipped, and encouraged. Technology can accelerate the process, but it’s the human connection that changes lives. I believe deeply in honoring both: the tools that help us teach, and the people God places in our path to teach.
I’m especially drawn to the “light‑bulb moments” when understanding becomes conviction and knowledge becomes action. In ministry, those moments often mark spiritual breakthroughs. In training, they mark growth and competence. In both, they reflect the privilege of walking with others as they move from uncertainty to confidence.
EDUCATION:
I’m blessed to be married to my high school sweetheart and to be a dad, father‑in‑law, and grandfather. I serve as a small‑group instructor and lay leader at my local church, where teaching, discipleship, and community remain central to my calling.
